Limited Edition Mad Dog 4" Custom

We are selling the second of a limited Mad Dog 4 inch custom micro knife series. There will only be 25 made with the first 10 numbered #001 to #010 and the remaining 15 not numbered. After they are all sold this knife will be DISCONTINUED and no longer produced. This model has been given the name Bug-Fighter. The blade is made from Starrett 01 high carbon tool steel measuring 3/16" X 1" stock with a 4" blade. Finish will be VVTL with selective tempering. Glass epoxy composite handle that hides the full tang at the widest point is .69" (17mm) and is 4" long. The composite grip material provides 1,000 volts per mil dielectric strength - electrically isolating the user from the blade. The grip material is also impervious to virtually all chemicals and solvents. The over all length is 8". It will come with 1 high-ride sheath and 1 slip sheath only; no other sheaths will be made for it. The Bug-Fighter weighs in at only 4.2 oz.

In order to retain the value and integrity of these Mad Dog knives I will keep a name list of original owners. If the original owner decides to sell the knife he/she will need to inform me of the new owner’s contact information. If this is not done I will not be able to validate if the knife is authentic by the new owner’s name and will state that it may be a fake/copy. Again this is to help retain the value and integrity of these knives and the owners may use MD Tactical as a reference IF they wish to sell their knife.

Mad Dog has previously discontinued other knives and they have more than doubled in value! Not only is the Bug-Fighter a great custom, but it is extremely limited in number versus other Mad Dog’s that have been discontinued that will make it even more sought after once sold out. I expect to sell out of the Bug-Fighter knives faster than the Bongo knives did. Get one while you can!
